Wear-resistant Composite Needle Felt

The dust-removing filter bag for ore raw materials used in cement, steel and other industries will continue to be washed and impacted by soot particles with large particle size, hard texture and sharp edges during the working process, causing serious dust abrasion and damage. In a short period of time, the bottom and the body of the bag are worn. The surface fiber layer is lost, and even the hole is worn out, which directly leads to the shortening of the service life of the filter bag and is scrapped in advance.

The wear-resistant composite needle felt can be a good solution to this problem. It uses a polyester filament base fabric, a warp-knitted structure, and an upper layer fiber and a lower fiber layer which are laid on the upper and lower surfaces of the polyester filament base fabric, and these two layers are composed of a mixture of nylon fibers and polyester fibers.
