[Features]

KFS high-temperature composite needle felt has high mechanical strength, low elongation, high temperature resistance, good wearing resistance, strong folding resistance (more than several times of glass fiber fabric); strong acid and alkali resistance, and good oxidation resistance. It has excellent chemical stability and does not age, so that the dust trapped on the surface is easily peeled off, and the service life of the filter material is prolonged.

PTFE (Poly tetra fluoro ethylene) fiber is the most chemically resistant fiber available so far in the world. It is extracted from "fluorine" stone with a melting point of 327°C and an instantaneous temperature resistance of 300 °C. PTFE fiber has good low friction, poor flammability and good insulation and heat insulation. It can withstand the oxidative corrosion of various strong oxides and has no problem of hydrolysis reaction at all. It has good filtration efficiency and good cleaning performance. Even in the case of high temperature, the surface adheres only a small amount of dust. Under the same working conditions, the service life of the filter material will be more than 1-3 times higher than that of other materials. So it has a very high proportion of performance to price.
