The PTFE filter bag and the PTFE coated filter bag

The PTFE filter bag is made of PTFE fabric, and the polytetrafluoroethylene is a neutral polymer compound with a unique molecular structure that is completely symmetrical. The special structure makes it have good thermal stability, chemical stability, insulation, lubricity, water resistance and so on. High temperature resistance, wide temperature range, long-term continuous use at 260℃, instantaneous temperature up to 280℃; strong chemical stability, corrosion resistance; good self-lubrication, very low friction coefficient, low filtration wear.

The PTFE coated filter bag is a new type of filter material formed by coating a layer of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) on the surface of an ordinary filter bag. The PTFE membrane has a very low surface tension and good non-stickiness and water repellency. This layer of membrane acts as a "primary dust layer". Material exchange is carried out on the surface of the membrane and can be effectively filtered at the beginning of the use. The unique three-dimensional network structure of the membrane makes the dust unable to pass through, without the worry of pore blockage. This type of filtration is called "surface filtration." The membrane coated filter material can not only achieve near-zero emission, but also because the membrane has non-stickiness, the friction coefficient is small, and the powder cake will fall off automatically, ensuring long-term stability of the equipment resistance, thus fully utilizing the superiority of the bag filter, which is an ideal selection for the filtration materials.
