The features of PP filter bag
PP filter bag is also called the polypropylene filter bag, which is processed into the bag by the polypropylene non-woven fabric. PP filter cloth is made of polypropylene fiber (divided into staple fiber, filament and mono filament) into the filter cloth by needle punching. According to different fibers and process requirements, it can be made into filter cloth with different precision. Its internal honeycomb structure can effectively filter particles and suspended matter impurities in the solution of the liquid. It is cost-effective, and it is the first choice among filtration products.
The properties of PP filter bag
1. Acid and alkali resistance, can be used to resist most of the acid and alkali at room temperature, not recommended to use PP filter bag to filter alcohol ether solvents;
2. Low melting point, recommended for use at the temperature below 90°C, not recommended to be used at high temperature;
3. Having a wide range of filtration accuracy, can filter different sizes of particulate impurities;
4. Low cost and high cost-effective performance;
5. Strong oxidants should be avoided, easy to get aged.
