Methods to extend the working life of the dust filter bag:

1. Choose the right filter materials

The selection of filter materials should be comprehensively considered according to factors such as the temperature and chemical characteristics of the gas, particle size, weight, shape, presence or absence of pecking, dust concentration, filtration speed, dust removal method, discharge concentration, and working system of the bag filter. In general, needle punched felt is used for the pulse-jet bag type dust collector, and woven fabric is used for the reverse-chamber bag type dust collector or mechanical vibration bag type dust collector.

2. Design a reasonable structure

The structure of the filter bag should meet the requirements of the filtration and dust removal of the matching bag type dust collector. Moreover, the installation is convenient and the seal is reliable. The corresponding filtering area and the good filtering state are pursued, easy to remove dust and the wear avoided as much as possible. Cooperating with relevant parts reasonably,

for example, the external filter bag made of synthetic fiber and the filter bag cage should be loosely matched, the external filter bag made of glass fiber should be closely matched with the filter cage with small-pitch vertical ribs, and the inner filter bag should consider and set the expansion force of the filter bag.

3. Superb sewing techniques

Advanced technology, sewing size is in line with design requirements, and heat shrink size should be reserved according to the type of filter material and operating temperature; Fully equipped, reasonable stitch pitch, no jump stitches, no thread breakage, stitches meeting the requirements; High-quality accessories, reasonably matching, no burrs or breaks to damage the filter bag; The entire filter bag is free of defects such as pinholes, yarn jumps, stains, etc., and has appropriate packaging, which will not be damaged or get wet during storage and transportation. The glass fiber filter bag should not be heavily pressed, and the storage period should not be too long, otherwise it will affect the working life.

4. Reliable and effective dust removal

During the use of the filter bag, the dust on the dustward side gradually accumulates and the pressure difference increases. Effective dust removal should be used to isolate the dust to keep the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter bag within a set range to prevent sudden abnormal conditions.

5. Pay attention to the correct use of the filter bag, and timely check and repair the dust collector.
