The needle felt has four parts: 1) filter surface; 2) glass fiber base cloth; 3) upper composite fiber layer; 4) lower composite fiber layer
The glass fiber needle felt base fabric is sandwiched between the upper and lower composite layers, and the upper layer and the lower composite layer are made of temperature-resistant synthetic organic fibers and inorganic fibers, and the filtering surface is formed by special treatment of the upper temperature resistant composite layer.
Application environment: It is applied to calcium carbide furnaces with high energy consumption and serious pollution, such as ferroalloy furnaces. Since the dust particles of calcium carbide furnace have strong viscosity, and the flue gas exceeds the temperature that ordinary polyester filter bags can withstand, we adopt ourKFS medium temperature needle felt filter bag to effectively solve these problems, with a temperature resistance of 150-180 degrees, easy to clean, and the cost of the filter bag is greatly reduced.
