Dust filter bag in carbon black industry

Carbon black is widely used in tire manufacturing, plastics chemical industry and other industries. For carbon black dust removal, the following high temperature filter bag is recommended:

1. P84 needle felt

Gram weight: 500 Thickness: 2.3 Working temperature: ≤260°C

Instantaneous temperature: 280°C Acid resistance: Excellent Alkali resistance: Medium, suitable for coal-fired boilers, liquid bed boilers, waste incineration, asphalt plants, cement plants, waste incineration furnace, etc.

2. Flumes

Gram weight: 800 Thickness: 2.0 Working temperature: ≤280°C

Instantaneous temperature: 300°C Acid resistance: Good Alkali resistance: good, suitable for steel, smelting, iron alloy, chemical, cement, calcium carbide, waste incineration, electric power, asphalt mixing, etc.

3. Glass fiber needle felt

Gram weight: 1000 Thickness: 2.1 Working temperature: ≤280°C

Instantaneous temperature: 300°C Acid resistance: Excellent Alkali resistance: Excellent,  suitable for high temperature flue gas industry such as steel, metallurgy, carbon black, power generation, cement, chemical industry, etc.
