In recent decades, China’s designing, manufacturing, controlling, filter materials and accessories technology of dust collectors have made significant progress. For the two failure phenomena of the dust collecting filter bag, the following corresponding processing techniques are carried out:
1. Paste bag handling: The equipment for solving the problem of paste bag is a mobile cleaning device and supporting field test equipment. The dust agglomeration on the surface of the dust collecting filter bag is removed, and the resistance is reduced, thereby restoring the function of the filter bag and reducing the operating cost of the user. The main body of the cleaning device is a small gas tank equipped with a pulse valve, and a circular cover plate is arranged outside the output pipe of the pulse valve. The air compressor inputs compressed air to the cylinder through a hose. During operation, the output tube of the pulse valve enters from the upper mouth of the dust collecting filter bag to be cleaned, and the circular cover covers the bag mouth tightly. At the moment when the pulse valve is opened, the compressed air is sprayed into the filter bag, and the dust on the outer surface of the dust bag being cleared, the breathability of the bag is increased. Do this one by one until all the dust filter bags are cleaned.
2. "Enema" filter bag handling: Using the principle of jet aerodynamics, the internal dust of the "enema" appears to be cleaned up to restore its working performance, thereby reducing the number of discarded dust bags. This device is called an "ash-sucking gun". The core component is a small ejector with a ball valve at the compressed air inlet. The vacuum cleaner has two types of blowing and sucking, and the outlet or the inlet of the guide is respectively connected to the bag to be cleaned, thereby forming two working modes of "ash sucking" or "soot blowing".Contact: Mr Li
