Technical Description of the Filter Bag

The filter bag is made of imported high-purity filament fiber, and the surface is treated with special singeing to effectively prevent the fiber from falling off and contaminating the filtrate. The fluffy and uniform three-dimensional filter layer has high capturing ability for solid and colloidal particles, and high-strength long fiber stabilizes the filtration efficiency of the filter bag and  prolongs its service life. The filter bag is produced according to the European and American international standards, and it meets the GMP requirements of the domestic pharmaceutical industry and the FDA requirements. It is an important filtration element in the bag filtration system. The quality of the filter bag determines the filtration efficiency. The filter bag is made of polyester (PE), polypropylene (PP), nylon single, multi-filament (NMO), and special high temperature acid-resistant and alkali-resistant polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and it can meet the precision filtration from 0.5 to 1000 microns. The ring of the filter bag can be a stainless steel ring, a galvanized steel ring, a PP/PE plastic ring or a polyester rope. The joining and processing  of the filter bag adopts imported equipment for hot-melt welding, such as plastic ring welding, bottom seam welding and sewing, such as seam sewing, bag sewing, back sewing, etc., in addition to providing industry standard bags (01#, 02#, 03#,04#,05#), special filter bags can also be designed and manufactured according to the customer's special requirement.
