How to Sew the Filter Bag

The thread of the filter bag should be of the same material as that of the filter bag under normal circumstances. In special cases, when the thread is different from the filter material, the strength, heat resistance and chemical resistance of the thread should be better than the filter material. 

The longitudinal seam of the filter bag body must be firm and straight, and not less than three. The bottom and the mouth of the filter bag can be sewn with a single needle or a double needle according to different requirements. The stitching of the filter bag is related to the material of the filter bag, which not only ensure the stitching tightness and strength , no leakage of dust, but do not damage the strength of the filter material itself as well. The chemical fiber filter bag is pin-shaped within 250px (25±5) needles; the needle density of the glass fiber filter bag cannot be too large. The stitching width of the filter bag is related to the material of the filter bag, generally 9-300px. The distance between the outermost needle and the edge of the filter bag: 2-3mm for the needle felt and 5-8mm for the glass fiber.
